Mitac have now entered the tablets market as well. At the recent CeBIT show in Germany, Mitac announces four tablets Android 2.3: the first is Mitac Zeus, six-inch model with dual GPS receivers, multimedia tablet seven inch & inch Velar 10 Inch, and Ulmo waterproof tablet-sized seven-inch.
Mitac Zeus with dual GPS receivers provide precise satellite positions and not disrupted even though the tablet is in the vertical or horizontal position.
Mitac Valar supports FullHD 1080p video playback and HDMI output connections that can be displayed on a bigger screen. Mitac Valar also features a GPS receiver and stereo speakers.
Mitac Ulmo also supports playback of 1080p video and stereo speakers. The main uniqueness is that this tablet waterproof. The tablet is equipped with Samsung's 1 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM, 802.11n Wi-Fi support, and storage capacity via the microSD slot. The tablet also has a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front and five-megapixel camera on the back.
