Antelope Zodiac Plus

Bulgaria is to be put on the map of audio world thanks to Antelope Audio who brings on the market a new cutting-edge DAC/preamplifier. The models’ name is Zodiac Plus and it is an innovative compact cube that has, as one of the main features, digital, analogue and USB inputs, a volume control on the outside and a 25 bit/192kHz convertor inside. Due to the company’s past experience in digital clocking the Zodiac Plus has dual headphone sockets on the front panel and complete set of XLR sockets on the back.

Resolution Audio Cantata 50

2010 brought some bad news. Resolution Audio has stop de production of our favorite CD players – the Opus 21. But the good news is that it was replaced with the Canta Music Centre . Now we have the next in line, a Canta amp in a matching box which contains British circuit design and a less-is-more ethos. It has 50w power output making it the least powerful solid-state amplifier seen in this price range. That is because Resolution Audio wanted the Cantata 50 to be less speaker sensitive- more powerful version of it’s predecessor.
